Who we are
Pueblo StepUp is a non profit, ministry based agency whose primary activities include well-being health clinics for olderadults and related services, health education,programs for physical, spiritual and psychosocial health,as well as collaboration with other providers to create a healthier community.

Pueblo StepUp is a Community Health Service Organization of Centura Health,its sole corporate member.

During Fiscal Year 2008…
1,171 attended one of our free monthly wellness clinics.
There were 2,696 visits to our T’ai Chi or Arthritis Foundation Exercise class.
90 attended a chronic disease self-management workshop.
